Introduction: Frailty syndrome is a condition associated with growing old high incidence in elderly people. Objective: To identify fragility people the nursing home ''Sagrado Corazón de Jesús''. Methods: Descriptive, comparative, correlational and cross-sectional study. The total study population was 60 patients, Fragility Tilburg Indicator (TFI) used to measure fragility, as well each domain of including: physical 8 items, cognitive 4 social 3 items. Results: Physical has mean 2 points maximum 6.8 σ=1.55. Psychological shows minimum 0 3.25 σ=0.79. Social 1 point 0.9 σ=3.0 points.
